One could also include "podcasts" in each of the courses above... and NOT to forget the "Curation" which could get used by the learners to organize themselves their interests on a certain Topic which they need to learn and which they want also to learn ...

 

Also PowerPoint presentations and a lot of new online tools make it more interesting for learners to get the maximum of needed information by being engaged and also having some fun to learn...
