How To Make A Laser Assisted Blowgun | #Maker #MakerED #MakerSpaces #FUN

How to make a surprisingly powerful laser assisted blowgun, for under $3.

Because of multiple requests for build plans, I spent 3 days putting together a detailed 19 page PDF (https://goo.gl/RFwDEj) with step-by-step instructions, Fun Facts, Helpful Hints, and loaded with pictures. I'm selling them to help compensate for my time. You can get the Project PDF here if you're interested: :) https://goo.gl/RFwDEj

The Joy of Knowledge Unleashing | eSkills | LEARNing To LEARN

The Joy of Knowledge Unleashing | eSkills | LEARNing To LEARN | 21st Century Learning and Teaching | Scoop.it

Accelerated by the information age, knowledge is becoming more dominant of the world’s economy. While a huge gap resides between developing countries and developed ones, bridging the breach seems more conceivable than it ever was. Education systems are at the core of building knowledge, it’s where human capital competences are developed. With holistic change around us and an immense knowledge evolving, students need to become active learners.

Student centered learning has a wide prospective, while some perceive it as an approach where students learn by doing, others debate that it happens when students have control over what to learn. However, regardless of the framework used to put students at the heart of learning process, the literature highlights it as a constructive approach, where power shifts from the teacher to the student.

Personalize Learning: Learning can and should be Natural and Engaging | Learning by Doing

Personalize Learning: Learning can and should be Natural and Engaging | Learning by Doing | 21st Century Learning and Teaching | Scoop.it

Apply New Learning Often and in Meaningful Contexts
The more you can apply what you're learning to your every day, the more it'll stick in your head. The reason is simple. When you're learning by doing, you're implementing everything that makes our memory work. When you're able to connect what you're learning with a real world task, that forms the bonds in your brain, and subsequently the skills you're learning will stick around.

.

We learn best when we have context, and that applies to new skills as much as it does random facts in school. That's why something like the transfer of learning is helpful when you’re learning a new skill. This means you're applying your new skills in your day to day life in a context that matters. Celebrity Birthdays - People Born On My Birthday | Famous Birthdays

Celebrity Birthdays - People Born On My Birthday | Famous Birthdays | 21st Century Learning and Teaching | Scoop.it
Find out today's famous birthdays and discover each celebrity that was born on your birthday. You can also learn several facts about any famous person.
Gust MEES's insight:

This might be a good resource to check for important people, to find out who's birthday is on the day and also to find out the music of the day to publish for community managers and persons who want to bring in a bit of entertainement and fun into educational tweets as well...

I would suggest to check back the data on Wikipedia as well before publishing! Anyway, do this with what ever other resource you find on the Internet...

It might be a good resource for YOUR students as THEY like music and so YOU could use it to engage them for certain projects with this website...

Bienvenue dans l'Univers du Mieux Apprendre....

Bienvenue dans l'Univers du Mieux Apprendre.... | 21st Century Learning and Teaching | Scoop.it

                           ===> A win-win situation!!! <===
