Selon le Guardian, ce programme devrait se concentrer sur les jeunes à l’école ainsi que sur les adultes pour les sensibiliser aux conséquences de publication d’informations personnelles sur Internet. L’objectif serait, à 12 mois, d’arriver à une «transformation de la compréhension du public et des entreprises de la problématique ».
