Being seen as a job jumper can be a reg flag to employers regardless of the industry. In particular if a candidate's resume tells the story that they haven't remained with most of their employers for one year or greater -- employers may get suspicious.
Employers don't expect you to remain with one employer for your entire career; however, are hesitant to invest in someone if they won't stay around to get their Return on their hiring investment.
