The case is in what looks like a beige patent leather with a scarlet interior - there are plastics cosmetic contains inside - one is a tall spray atomizer-type, a soap container, a round jar for creams or powder & a tall container for liquids - they are held in place by bands of beige & scarlet which are very handy - although it photographed blurry, there is a nice clear rectangular mirror behind the bottles - there is an elasticized leatherette pocket in back to slip things into & to store a few smaller items
The lock on the case is a push-button type - i am sure at one time there was a key as there is a keyhole but the case did not come with a key - a rounded carrying handle with gold metal hardware - there is large gold hardware on the back of the case - measurements are 10” across 8-½” high 5” deep - saddle stitching around both sides.
