La música contribuye al bienestar físico y mental. Interviene en diversos procesos cerebrales, lo que conlleva grandes beneficios cognitivos ya que se ha comprobado que la musica al igual que la comida, el sexo o las drogas, activa el sistema de recompensa cerebral.

La música libre de derechos de autor muchas veces es difícil de encontrar, las recomendaciones de este artículo son muy buenas para tener en cuenta a la hora de hallarlas.
