BTL has teamed up with BELTRAIDE to have the 1st Entrepreneurial Challenge. If you have a great idea for a new or different business, you could win $10,000 for starting it. "The first ever BTL Entrepreneurial Challenge seeks to identify and highlight entrepreneurs with new and exciting business concepts that can contribute and stimulate initiatives in the information and communication technology industry. The challenge includes activities such as training and field surveys that will give participants the opportunity to refine their business model and entrepreneurial skills."

The Belize Cycling Association had a race today. Congratulations to all the winners!
"The Capital City Cycling Race held on Sunday June 2, 2013 featured 41 riders riding from Belmopan to La Democracia Village to Caves Branch Bridge on the Hummingbird Highway and back to Belmopan for a total of 60 miles.

BTL had their telephone directory launch in Cayo, and they were there will lots of goodies, yellow goodies, to go with the new yellow pages.

The winners of the 1st annual BTL Entrepreneurial Challenge were announced, and Cayo teams took 2nd and 3rd place. Congratulations A&S Covers for winning the challenge. The Cayo teams were eBelize(promo video) and BITS Hotspot(promo video). Thanks also go out to SBDC and Beltraide for making this great event happen. Congratulations to all the winners. The King of the Hills, Cayo's signature bike race, was yesterday. The Cycling Federation of Belize got some good pictures of the event. There's even a video of the heartbreak climb uphill. Congratulations to all the winners, and everyone that finished. "2014 King of the hills results:
