The University of Belize is having a candlelight vigil forNorval Belisle, and other victims of violence, tomorrow.

 

"The Office of Student Affairs announces that a Memorial Service/Vigil for Norval Belisle will be held on Wednesday September 26th 2012 at 6:00pm at the UB gymnasium, central campus."
