McGraw-Hill education survey: 88 Percent of parents expect all K-12 classrooms to go digital by 2025

McGraw-Hill education survey: 88 Percent of parents expect all K-12 classrooms to go digital by 2025 | Creative teaching and learning | Scoop.it

Shelly Reckow VanVoorst's curator insight, October 25, 2015 11:06 AM

I scooped this article because it shares the survey results of parents who believe that k-12 classrooms will be going digital in the very near future.  I also believe that part of this survey that wasn't expanded during the article might also include the idea that parents are hoping that the new digital technology will be personalized to meet the students where they are at in their education - just in time instruction.  I hope that teachers and educators will read this article to gather information about what the future of education should look like - according to parents.  The information is useful as well to administrators and boards of education as they move forward with thoughtful planning of curriculum and technology purchases.
