Very interesting! ......I can't imagine drinking THIS much water a day. And as a Teacher-Librarian, how could I even get away to pee that many times a day? Sometimes I only get one or two chances -- tis' a common school issue. But, I do drink 16 oz of water every morning as I put on my makeup -- enhanced with Emergen-C Immune+ -- splurging 35 calories on it! I swear by that! Don't know if it's the placebo effect, but I'm rarely sick AND I teach Middle School!
