Every time I see a good teacher at work, I can always recognize that the student values the teacher, trusts the teacher, and is willing to work for the teacher. As teachers, we must put a respect for our students before anything else. If our students don’t feel respected, they won’t learn from us. We must treat them as they would like to be treated and while this seems obvious, we often do things in the classroom that we don’t realize make some of our students feel disrespected.
