Scratch is a software program that supports students to design and program their own digital stories, games and animations. It provides a platform in which students can use their design skills to implement digital solutions through inputting and reordering commands.
This software would be best utilised across school years 5 to 8. Depending on the expected outcome, the use of this software can be manipulated to be used at different levels of complexity. It is also a free download and is a program students can explore in their own time.
