Some good stuff here. How digital is your leadership? Lead from the top. This report also includes benefits of digital including what employees think. There is also a reference to moocs as being a 'new way of learning' not really. The model we have seen proliferating isn't new, its a broadcast model. They are right to look at it though as it could lead to change. Worth reading, not very long with useful highlights.

Very easy to use and lots of advice for beginners to Twitter (academics) explains terms, use of hashtags, even has guidance to remind you about when to tweet (i.e. not when you're angry or drunk (?) overall what you'd expect. Just wish I thought of it first.
