As Health and Physical Education (HPE) is often thought of as outside the realm of technology due to it's practical component, it can be hard to find digital resources to increase 21st Century and ICT skills for students. Edutopia has compiled a number of resources and links to websites to help integrate ICT in HPE. These resources range from websites that allow students to count the amount of sugar within the foods they are eating, pedometers to help count daily steps whilst exercising, or interactive activities that increase learner awareness of hidden messages behind advertising campaigns and their affect on people's self-esteem and body image.

I totally agree with your insight there Jack on HPE being a forgotten component regarding technology and digital resources due to the practical side of our curriculum. Thanks for a great resource that I am sure will benefit both of us in the future.
