Wow! How times have changed. All of this is now in our mobile devices on the palm of our hands and we take it with us everywhere we go. With technology now in the classroom we can add a textbook, a gradebook, a calculator, and a notebook to this graphic. While this picture alludes nostalgia, it is so amazing to see how far we've come. Students may not fully appreciate how much the world has changed. Being able to turn in assignments electronically, having classes online,  and being able to do research without leaving the comfort of the home are just a few examples of how much technology has evolved.
