Try a free trial. The tools in Gizmos are engaging and fun. They simulate lab experiences in an online environment. These are available for both math and science. A simulation is a great way to practice density or using a triple beam balance when short on supplies or needing practice.

I found this interesting, as I was unaware of some of these features of OneNote.

The article involves an embedded video on how OneNote can help students with math problems. Within the video, a step-by-step process is given when using OneNote with math. When writing on the board, similar to Jamboard, OnNote has a math function that will take the math problem to help solve the problem.

Great article to keep students engaged through online math sessions. This is very useful information for teachers to collaborate a slide to the lesson and watch students get engaged.

There are some suggestions for the types of slides that, as teachers, we can implement for our virtual classes to engage students. This can help us to maintain our students concentrated in class and be active participants.

There are numerous ways to use Google Slides to engage students for any subject, especially in mathematics. It is important to ensure the students are engaged for them to retain information. Make learning fun! |
Online content platforms are created for all ages and interest, so there is always going to be an app for everyone. BrainPop is one of many platforms that has a variety of subjects and subtopics to explore. BrainPop is also available for students that have different backgrounds and home language. My students enjoy BrainPop because it starts the lesson as a story line and the ending is always the funniest.
