A discussion takes place about what the future possibly holds for distance learning. This article believes that the future of distance learning will be much like it is today, just more refined. As students continue to have extensive knowledge in computers, the avenues to distance learning will be realized. This is important to understand that distance learning is not just a fad but is here to stay. It is also becoming more increasingly accepted by universities and colleges throughout the country.
