可汗學園歷史與藝術史的介紹，可以用時間斷線、繪畫風格、藝術家、或主題單元搜尋。它的介紹非達到盡善盡美，但以歷史教學的網站而言，已經可以稱得上完整了。（網站的影片、圖片可以"引起動機"，但是要對藝術史有深刻的了解，仍必須交代時間脈絡上以及文化背景，這是這個網站比較缺乏的）
