Coaching: Leaders can seldom do it on their own | Educational Leadership | Scoop.it
I’ve read quite a few of the leadership books (quite a few); I’ve been to the leadership seminars; I’ve done the 360’s; I’ve done the leadership personality tests; I have been managing people in different scenarios most of my working life; and now I even regularly facilitate a leadership seminar for those working in the area of technology enhanced learning. But one of the most profound thing I did a couple of years back was work with a Leadership/Executive Coach (Peta Bayman) for about 18 months. BTW, this is not a sponsored add for Peta, more a belated ‘Thanks’ :-)
