Good tips ... most programs don't "develop" people anymore ... too busy with mindless tasks and forget that learn for learn doesn't work... it takes a mindful approach to deliver a variety of learning around one topic multiple ways and most important real applications to get learning to stick
So many people spend time learning something, and then don't apply that knowledge in a different context. This article explains the steps we can take to really learn something, which is key to being able to use that knowledge in everything that we do.
