I don't know about this? I might be getting soft in my old age, but this looks a lot like 'tough love' without the love. Not a lot mentioned about supporting the children, but a lot of talk about punishment. And the photo of the two instructors just look like the old school bullies we all saw in the playground. What are other's thoughts?
