The social media giant - Facebook, remains the top social network among users aged 16 - 19, however, the way in which teens are using it is changing too: about 50 percent of teenage internet users now say they are active on Facebook, down from 70 percent in 2012, according to the new report from Global Web Index.

When using social media to share links many prefer to use URL shorteners. Short URLs make long links look cleaner, but there are also other benefits.
