With districts investing unprecedented funding into technology platforms and tools to support student learning, there is vastly more data being generated and made available to districts.
As a result of the pandemic, districts are more aware than ever of the inequities within their school systems, but they need support to understand their data and make it actionable.

But we seldom focus on the other equally essential group whose main focus is always on finding ways to improve the education process. Yes, we are talking about the educators without whose support education reform would be impossible.

recent Hechinger Report article highlighted how data analysis has not significantly improved student outcomes since the No Child Left Behind Act ramped up national data collection. Data — even high quality data— is of no value if it isn’t used effectively.
