This is right up there with men who think women should be taking pills to "improve" their sex drive. Maybe the bra can come with little coloured flags that pop up in the middle of the cleavage? How has the human race managed to continue to reproduce up until now?

The girls are the ones showing up with most of their skin exposed. Other than showing their boxers, the boys have far less exposure. I'm glad if schools are enforcing dress codes. I get annoyed seeing young women with their ass, boobs and belly exposed. They look like they should be acting on some TV show like Dukes of Hazard, or some other show geared for men who want to see soft porn on TV.

A brief history of women's underwear that focuses on Burleque dancers and dancing for male pleasure. This history really focuses on underwear starting in the 1920s but has some key point on what changes from generation to generation. Though this focuses on stage performances, this article has value because what is on stage or in the limelight generally has a hand in the popularity of a piece;.

Julianna Rae has put out an infographic about how many people are sleeping in the nude. If those numbers are true, I guess that means that the the 30 billion dollar lingerie market is due to the sales of playwear and daywear, not sleepwear. (Hmmm, maybe if they brought nylon and more vintage style nightgowns back...)

Just a few weeks ago, in bra fittings in New Orleans for example, we learned more about why full-figured or BBW women search high and low for bras that really fit. A beautician doesn't want to fall out of her bra while working at the sink, washing hair. A woman working on Wall Street told us how she needs a bra to "contain her" to avoid problems with male co-workers.

But the physical support of a bra cannot be overlooked.
So many women -- women I've met and seen -- have bras which show physical strain and pain! There are red marks beneath the bust from where the bra has been cutting into them. Indentations and red marks from bra straps. Backs and shoulders are hurting; headaches too. This is not necessary!
A properly fitting bra supports a woman, smooths the back so there is no flesh over the bra back or "wings" over straps. There are no marks left. And it will not hurt.
