Excellent study conducted by Stanford.
I agree that execs seem to sincerely enjoy working with Executive Coaches. Having an objective, neutral, and outside person to bounce ideas is valuable to them. Especially when the coach tells them what they need to hear...not what they want to hear.
What are your thoughts? How do you believe that organizations view Executive coaching?
