Creating a high performing team is built on trust.  Each member knows that teammembers will come through for eachother. 

 

When the team comes together and establishes a one-team, one-vision, one-goal philosophy, they are all headed in the same direction.  Leaders are intentional in putting the collective goals of the team ahead of inidivual and department goals.
