Foodie fun for this day targets the sweet tooth and is filled with nutritional goodness! Main ingredient...oatmeal, which is truly beneficial for reducing cholesterol and maintaining healthy hearts. Oatmeal cookies are so darn delicious two days of celebration have been declared: National Lacy Oatmeal Cookie Day (March 18) and National Oatmeal Cookie Day (April 30).
