It makes sense that America, being the wealthiest country on Earth having many cities on the highest cost of living list, but not when you break down what's actually being owned and wages adding into the mix. With the top 1% owning over 90% of our wealth, the disparage is frightening and telling of how the rich seem to get richer, with simply no repercussions for abusing the working class.
