This tool is free for students and offers a collaborative and engaging way to note take. Microsoft OneNote offers superior organisation, supportive, pre-made templates and allows teachers to keep track of changes made to students documents through specific, inbuilt processes that allow for accessed contributors to see 'who', 'when' and 'what' each person has added. A very useful tool to improve collaboration and feedback.

Education has essentially been conducted in the same manner for thousands of years. A teacher passes on knowledge of a topic to the student and the student writes down the information. The student then studies the information to master the content. OneNote is the next step in the classroom evolution that hasn’t occurred in history.

OneNote can be incredibly useful in the classroom. This can be shown through its ability to share information and resources to students. It also allows for collaboration between students and can allow for a teacher to give instant feedback.
