Kosovo's LGBT Pride Parade took place in the capital, Pristina. To prevent the spread of the coronavirus, activists paraded in their brightly colored cars at the event on October 12. A crosswalk was given a special paint job and the mayor's office flew a rainbow flag.

There are no gay clubs or bars in the capital Pristina, and only two coffee shops are considered safe in the city of half a million. There have been reports of owners of other cafes kicking gay customers out on the street.
