Immunology Diagnosis

There are several commercial kits available for the determination of residual leukocytes (rWBC) in different blood derived products. All of then based on the fact that nucleated cells could be stained by Propidium Iodide. Identification of stained cells could be assayed by flow cytometry or other cassette technologies:
