Following on from the Further Education report we launched in June, we are delighted to be able to share our similar exploration of the Higher Education sector. Our report, ‘The quest for student satisfaction: How can universities improve the student experience with superior learning resources?’ launches today.

Our insight draws on in-depth contributions from senior academics (including the views of three leading Vice-Chancellors) and professional staff at Anglia Ruskin University, University of Bedfordshire, Bishop Grosseteste University, University of East Anglia, Leeds Trinity University, Loughborough University, University of Northampton, University of Nottingham, Plymouth University, Queen’s University Belfast, and University of Salford, as well as a survey of over 100 professional staff working in HE.
