Why You Should Be Blogging at Conferences | Information and digital literacy in education via the digital path | Scoop.it

Instead of all the devices, cords, and craziness just use one device—your blog.

Picture this: You go to a large educational technology conference, like FETC. You have your iPad, your laptop, your phone, and your notebook. You are prepared for an exciting adventure in learning.

You walk into your first session and  open up your notetaking program on your iPad, load Gmail on your laptop, and get your pen and your old fashioned notebook ready to go. As you learn you take notes on your iPad, when you get a golden nugget of an idea you write it in the notebook, if you find something really cool for a specific teacher you text/email it to them, and you tweet out cool stuff throughout the day. The ultimate in multitasking!
