Understanding and creating context for your learners
There are plenty of ways to address these successfully. In any delivery mode. I stake my career on it.
As an online learner I can relate and always push to make learning meaningful and relevant, but also worry that DEEP learning isn't always as obvious to learners and there needs to be the patience and trust that it will build to more meaningful application.
