As an instructional technology facilitator my goal is to weave together digital tools to design engaging, interactive learning experiences that support all learners and encourage higher order thinking. Of course, in order to be useful for teachers, these learning experiences need to be aligned to standards, initiatives and hot edtech topics.

Aunque este artículo habla de diferentes temas en relación a la virtualidad, menciona algo que en lo personal considero es algo que todo docente virtual debe poseer. Conocer a cada uno de sus estudiantes, no por esto me refiero a tener un relación personal con los participantes; conocerlos significa, el ritmo de aprendizaje que cada uno de ellos posee y su manera particular de aprender. Si un docente lograr desarrollar estás habilidades, puede tener un porcentaje alto de éxito en el desarrollo de su curso virtual.
