I've been recommending this resource to a number of students recently; it has lessons in many subjects now, but was originally started by a mathematician who posted explanations of maths topic.

A publisher recently asked me if I knew of a good iPad “Quick Start” Guide for teachers just getting started with using the iPad in the classroom. I didn’t, but had to imagine that I could find resources along these lines on the Web.
