Un ottimo prodotto per costruire velocemente Milestones Chart dall'aspetto estetico piacevolissimo, anzi, molto bello.

L'occhio vuole la sua parte, diceva qualcuno. E con questo prodotto si può fare un'ottima figura presentando un piano di progetto al cliente o alla propria direzione aziendale per approvazione.

Al di là dell'aspetto estetico della timeline costruita, il valore aggiunto di questo prodotto è la possibilità di creare con due click del mouse la sequenza delle milestones e delle attività incollandole da una tabella Excel o da un piano di progetto di Microsoft Project (tutte le versioni), evitando di perdere tempo a riformattare il GANTT di MS Project per presentare il piano a clienti e agli stakeholders.

L'add-on di PowerPoint in questione, ci dà anche la possibilità di indicare in modo dinamico la data odierna (Timenow) e di apportare modifiche e commenti per mostrare variazioni rispetto al piano iniziale.

Funziona con le versioni di Powerpoint 2007, 2010 e 2013.

Io l'ho appena acquistata, e nelle prossime settimane la utilizzerò per un progetto che voglio presentare ad un mio cliente a settembre.
