No one's ever said Justin Bieber was the brightest bulb in the box. So let's start this otherwise snarky recap of the day's events by giving him some props for arranging to stop by the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam amid his busy schedule. But saying the teen diarist would have been a "Belieber" (aka "big Justin Bieber fan") had she been born in a different era, and um...perhaps survived the Holocaust is a bit creepy. Bieber's got 37 million Twitter followers. Hoping some of the backlash Bieber is getting over his ridiculous comment, particualrly from other popular celebs, gets some of his fans to maybe read a book. A majority of them claim to not know who Anne Frank was.
