Dealing with a 'Culture of Fear'—Administrators on PD in the Age of Blended Learning

Dealing with a 'Culture of Fear'—Administrators on PD in the Age of Blended Learning | KILUVU | Scoop.it

It’s pretty clear that very few people in education enjoy those typical sit-and-get professional development sessions. And when blended learning gets thrown into the mix, the situation gets even more complicated—what happens when educators seem afraid of products? Who should deliver PD, the administrators or the teachers?

Using Gamification in Teacher Professional Development | KILUVU | Scoop.it

Podcasts! This is information that we can listen to. This makes it appealing to all those auditory learners. My husband in particular loves his podcasts and is always listening to his favourite topics from his iphone!

Tony Guzman's curator insight, September 30, 2015 9:24 AM

This blog entry shares about the benefits of podcasts for instructors. I would also suggest Stitcher as a good podcast app for your mobile devices. If your interested in social work issues, then subscribe to the UB School of Social Work podcast, inSocialWork (www.inSocialWork.org).
