Feedback, Growth, and Positive Change in Teaching Communities | KILUVU | Scoop.it

Change is hard. But change is also necessary for us to make a difference in the lives of students. We won’t be relevant if we don’t change practices from five years ago. We won’t create rigor if we don’t embrace new methodologies created from new understandings and technologies. Setting a vision is imperative for change — we have to know where we are going as a school. Along with the vision, we have to make sure we are well trained and well resourced.
