Comment faire une fiche produit efficace en SEO… et en commerce ?



Rien n’est plus ennuyeux qu’une page web où toutes les informations sont au même niveau, sans aucune hiérarchisation voire, encore pire, avec des paragraphes gigantesques !

Que ça vous plaise ou non, nous sommes dans l’ère du zapping et beaucoup d’internautes vont se décourager s’ils ne voient pas tout de suite les informations qu’ils cherchent. Il est donc important d’avoir recours à des astuces graphiques pour faire ressortir les informations importantes et pour guider le cheminement visuel.

Par ailleurs, gardez en tête que tous vos visiteurs ne sont pas au même stade de leur processus de réflexion. Certains connaissent déjà le produit et vous êtes simplement leur fournisseur, ils auront donc besoin de peu d’informations pour effectuer l’acte d’achat. À l’inverse, les personnes qui hésitent encore ou qui découvrent le produit ont généralement besoin de détails pour avancer dans leur démarche jusqu’à un achat éventuel.

Pour cette raison, il est souvent efficace de proposer une fiche produit en deux temps :

Des informations synthétiques pour aller droit au but et placer un call-to-action assez rapidement sans que l’internaute ait besoin de scroller ;
Une description plus détaillée, plus bas sur la page, qui répondra aux questions des indécis et des « novices » sur le produit.
