Are toxic leaders the reason for bad leadership? ...the answer might be yes or no...but either ways, toxicity in leadership is not encouraging.
george_reed's insight:
More of a kitchen sink description of ways to be a toxic leader rather than a definition. They may or may not be one or all of these. In particular, a toxic leader can be highly competent and still treat others without dignity or respect. I prefer to classify them as toxic based on the negative impact they have on the organization.
