With crowds the new enemy, it’s feared thousands of venues have closed their doors for good

And here's a sector that's going to be the worst affected of all - hospitality, in particular the night time economy, such as bars and nightclubs which is petitioning the government for a specific package of measures lasting until the end of the year. 

 

It isn't a great time to be running a nightclub, to be fair.

And for an economy predicated upon the service sector, this isn't good news.

Having a restaurant business in the USA during COVID 19 is really stressful. People have to contact the customer directly. some people are really scared inside to din. We are not getting 100 % sales during that pandemic. sales were desperately decreasing and during that period too, we have to pay rent of the restaurant and gave a salary to every employee. The landlord considered with some of the rent but anyways at last we had to pay all the rent amount.
