I think that the photo is captioned "Help!" - because that is what the Chancellor has provided, but whether it will be enough, or whether it will be appropriately targeted is another matter entirely.
In this BBC piece, Simon Jack looks at the implications of the government rescue package for business and the fact that it is unlikely to be a panacea for all. As a case in point, think about all the small cleaning and gardening businesses in the UK. With social distancing being implemented, can all of them, or any of them continue to operate at the moment?
