The government are looking to tighten the benefit system, forcing more people in receipt of benefits to look for work, increasing the labour supply. Surely this is a good thing, right? And it's forecast to save £4bn in welfare payments.

However, you might argue that a shortage of trained work coaches will reduce the effectiveness of this, that £4bn isn't a lot of money compared to the billions lost through tax evasion and tax avoidance.
