It can be rewarding, it can be good for the soul and definitely, it is a necessity. Even so, the fact remains that it is always, in a sense, labour because Work is Work. No surprise there! For every time that life of work is mind-numbing, there are other times when those times are rewarding, and you can learn to get more of the latter.
