Because it was Joe’s #MoodleWish that came true, we’ve been following the progress of the Recycle Bin for Moodle since he first lamented about it in 2013.
The plugin fulfillment of this wish by Skylar Kelty have been a wonderful edition to the plugin portfolio since 2015. However, now the basic functionality of the Recycle Bin has been cooked into 3.0.1 and will be available upon install of the core.
