Now more than ever, it is crucial that we incorporate digital technology into education. To prepare students for higher education and future jobs, we must ensure that they are familiar with technology.

The experts mentioned in the articles all give opinions that classrooms will become more digitalised. This is not a doubt as at a young age of 2-3 years old, children are exposed to many forms of technology, like mobile phones, laptops and computers. They grow up accustomed to such items and will therefore use these technologies intensely as they enter school. One expert says that lectures in homogeneous classrooms will be a thing of the past because students now have access to knowledge at their fingertips, and thus teachers need to teach soft skills such as collaboration and teamwork to the students. I agree with this because as children grow up in a digitalised age, they lose the chance to interact with other children because their eyes are glued to their screens. The children lose their abilities to socialise, and thus schools will come into play.
