I especially enjoyed the parts about designing creative environments, feeling foolish in a culture that isn't exactly welcoming to creative types, and comparing the productive guiding of creative folks to that of a psychoanalyst.

Caffeine helps executing ideas, may hinder your creativity.

Alcohol creativity but hinders your ability to execute effectively.

The jury is still out on nicotine and marijuana, but anecdotally, the former seems more closely linked to productivity, while the latter seems more closely linked to creativity.
