I went a little more strict and also used my fitness pal and weighed all my food. I knew I had put weight on especially from the type of job I do by sitting down. Anyway cutting a long story short I was 34 around the waist and wearing large t-shirts to hide my podge. I head weighing in at 83.5 kg and now around 67. With a waist size 30 and enjoying size Small t-shirts. Something which I thought would take 12 to 24 months took me 4 months to accomplish and I feel great. So for those out there who are trying to loose weight it can be done, you have to be determined and wanting to do it!! If you want to know what I did in detail, let me know.. Remember to couple your fitness plan with good nutrition. You can work as hard as possible on fitness, but you can’t exercise away a bad diet. You are what you eat, be sure to feed your body the right foods to give your body the right fuel, to have the healthy energy, and well-being that you want for your Healthy Active Lifestyle! I am so grateful for 14 Day Body Sculpt by Bryan & Kate to support my body at the Cellular Level! Looks great, good for your Body, Mind and Soul, and so simple to follow!
